MRM (Magnetic Resonance Microscopy)
Magnetic Resonance Microscopy (MRM) is basically MRI at a microscopic level. The boundary between MRM and MRI is relatively vague, with imaging at spatial resolutions in the order of 100 µm and smaller is typically considered to be microscopy. The key difference between MRM and MRI is in the spatial resolution, implied by the nominal volume element (voxel) dimension (see figure below).
